The Legacy Fund was established in honor of our past leadership who has worked so hard and diligently to achieve the Society’s goals of promoting and advancing the science of oral and maxillofacial surgery in the fields of education, research, professional service, and public relations.

This past year, Jan Teplitz, our Director of Communications and Honorary SWSOMS Member, passed away unexpectedly a few short days prior to our annual meeting.  Given the many contributions Jan made to our specialty, we are asking for you to please consider donating to The Legacy Fund in Jan’s honor.
